Dr. James Kofoid, DC
Dr. Kofoid has been passionate about health for as long as he can remember. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1996, as valedictorian of his class and with a perfect 4.0 grade point average.Today, he operates in a private practice in Loves Park, IL. With a unique understanding of physical, emotional and nutritional healing, he aims to restore health to patients of all ages.
Dr. Shih graduated from the National University Of Health Sciences in Illinois in 1995 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Shih specializes in biomechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and uses physical therapy and rehabilitation programs for treatment. He is certified for Acupuncture treatment for musculoskeletal disorders only.
Dr. Mario Rosales D.C.
Palmer College of Chiropractor
Dr. Rosales is originally from Maquoketa, Iowa. He graduated from Harlem High School. He went on to Northern Illinois University, where he studied Athletic Training and Biology. Dr. Rosales then transferred to Palmer College of Chiropractic where he completed his Doctorate in Chiropractic.
While at Palmer, Dr. Rosales was a teaching assistant, helping in the rehabilitation classes and lab, while also serving as an evaluator in all the neuromusculoskeletal practicums. This position allowed Dr. Rosales to consistently keep up his knowledge base in the regards of completing exams, proper differential diagnosing, and the best rehabilitation techniques to utilize with patient care.
Dr. Rosales has a firm belief that not all patients will benefit from the use of only one adjusting technique. As a result, Dr. Rosales practices Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson Drop, and Sacral Occipital Techniques (SOT).
Dr. Rosales plans on furthering his clinical expertise, by completing his Precision Nutrition certification and obtaining his diplomate in The International Academy of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (IANM).
