Ideal Protein Diet Experiences

This week I will again be featuring current dieters and their results.  First, Patti is a 58 year old female who has lost 25.5 pounds in 10 weeks.  She feels the same way I do that the diet is easy.  Another patient, Judy has lost 19 pounds in 3 weeks!  This diet is obviously spreading quickly.  I am told by the doctors that if you are not losing 3-5 pounds a week during the first 2 weeks, you are not following the program.  It is as simple as that.  And anyone can follow a program for 2 weeks right?  I will research some of our other dieters and get you some more success stories for next week!
