Ideal Protein Diet Experience Week 7

Week 7 and I have lost another 2 pounds,  ½  inch, and another percent body fat.  The total for 7 weeks is 18 pounds over 5% body fat and 8”!  I am very excited and motivated.  I cannot reiterate just how easy this diet is for me.  Life has been happening this week and looks to be this whole month.  I do not have the time to exercise regularly and intensely enough to lose like this.  I feel this diet is truly a miracle for me.
