Ideal Protein Diet Experience Week 5

Down only 1 ½ pounds this week, to be honest, I would say I only followed the program “loosely” this week. I lost another ¾ of an inch as well. So, I am happy with that, but it is back on track this week for me. People are really starting to notice and comment on my weight loss, so that is great motivation!
