From Jenn B….Week three of the Ideal Protein Diet
In 3 weeks I have lost 13.5 pounds and 4.5 inches from my waist, hips and right thigh. Nothing else had been working for me. I had tried other diets and lots of exercise, but this is so easy. We have several patients who have started this month as well, and all are getting the same great results .
