This week I will again be featuring current dieters and their results.  First, Patti is a 58 year old female who has lost 25.5 pounds in 10 weeks.  She feels the same way I do that the diet is easy.  Another patient, Judy has lost 19 pounds in 3 weeks!  This diet is obviously spreading quickly.  I am told by the doctors that if you are not losing 3-5 pounds a week during the first 2 weeks, you are not following the program.  It is as simple as that.  And anyone can follow a program for 2 weeks right?  I will research some of our other dieters and get you some more success stories for next week!

Well I lost my last pound to make 20 pounds.  I am close to my goal, so my program will change a bit now.  So, I thought I would share the success of some of our other patients.  Our first dieters are a couple who have been long time chiropractic patients.  In 8 weeks, he has lost 20 pounds and 14 and 1/2  inches.   She has lost 21 pounds and 17 inches!! 

We are so excited for all of our patients.  It is a great feeling to help others feel better about themselves.

Well I was on vacation last week and I will be honest, I did not follow the diet AT ALL.  The good news  is I lost another pound and another inch!!  It was my birthday last week and I HAD to have a piece of my own cake right?  But back on the diet this week.  I was one pound short of my 20 pound goal by my birthday, but I am just so thrilled that I have finally found something EASY that WORKS!!!!

Sorry everyone for not blogging last week.  Time got away from me with the holiday.  The bad news is- I did not lose any weight.  The great news is – I lost another pound of fat, another percent of body fat- and another 1 and ¾ inches!!!  My goal was to lose 20 pounds by my birthday- so I have 2 more pounds to lose in about 10 days, but even if I don’t lose another pound, I am just so happy to be losing fat and inches!

Week 7 and I have lost another 2 pounds,  ½  inch, and another percent body fat.  The total for 7 weeks is 18 pounds over 5% body fat and 8”!  I am very excited and motivated.  I cannot reiterate just how easy this diet is for me.  Life has been happening this week and looks to be this whole month.  I do not have the time to exercise regularly and intensely enough to lose like this.  I feel this diet is truly a miracle for me.

Week 6 of the diet was almost an exact repeat of week 5.  Down another 1 ½ pounds, ¾ of an inch and lost another percent of body fat!  And I swear, I am doing nothing out of the ordinary.  With 5 kids, 2 dogs, working and household chores, I certainly have not had the time to devote to exercise, I just walk or do light exercise when I can.

I am going to have to buy new scrubs!  I am really happy and excited to see the progress of our other patients as well.  Their results are at least as good and often even more dramatic than mine have been.

Ideal Protein Diet Experience Week 5

Down only 1 ½ pounds this week, to be honest, I would say I only followed the program “loosely” this week.  I lost another ¾ of an inch as well.  So, I am happy with that, but it is back on track this week for me.  People are really starting to notice and comment on my weight loss, so that is great motivation!

  Week 4 and I am so excited.  I have lost 4% Body Fat, 11 pounds of fat, and 6 inches from my waist, hips and right thigh.  (Well my left thigh has lost too, but I only measure the right one!)  Summer is a great time to start the diet too, because it is easy to drink lots of water, and the meals are light and refreshing!

In 3 weeks I have lost 13.5 pounds and 4.5 inches from my waist, hips and right thigh.  Nothing else had been working for me.  I had tried other diets and lots of exercise, but this is so easy.  We have several patients who have started this month as well, and all are getting the same great results .
