Week 4 and I am so excited. I have lost 4% Body Fat, 11 pounds of fat, and 6 inches from my waist, hips and right thigh. (Well my left thigh has lost too, but I only measure the right one!) Summer is a great time to start the diet too, because it is easy to drink lots of water, and the meals are light and refreshing!
